Reading Pam Bondi spouting off with the usual (child grooming, human trafficking, gang member) without a shred of evidence. At this point I have seen nothing sticking that warrant incarcerating him. I was thinking this.
Since the orange idiot has been after Harvard since nearly the beginning of his regime, I would love for Harvard finance a legal team or send a legal team to come to the aid of Garcia. Since their basic is derived from rumors and not facts, it probably won't take much to embarrass Bondi and her weaponized department.

At an opportune moment when no one is looking , he is spirited away with his family to Canada where he lives a peaceful life as a welder , and never heard from again .
The Pisswigs maladministration plays whered he go and the whole fiasco theyve created is rubbed in their face forever .
The end

(7,871 posts)Bondi charged ONE thing - human smuggling based on a jailhouse confession extorted in April 2025 (that wasnt even charged in 2022 when he was initially arrested for the expired drivers license).
The testimonial is from an anonymous source that criminal defense attorneys believe was extorted with a promise to not deport the guy to CECOT.
Bondi can say whatever shit she wants but has zero proof of any of it which is why it wasnt (cant be) charged. In fact the experienced 16 year TN DOJ attorney resigned rather than bring this case. The DOJ has had to bring in their second string to (try to) handle it.
Furthermore her despicable presser has most likely tanked the case entirely with a charge of malicious prosecution based on every crim defense attorney that watched it

(22,989 posts)and the outright animosity that the DOJ has shown towards him is going to make for a VERY uphill battle for them to get a conviction. Even if he did whatever he is accused of, people still have rights. In the same sense that if the cops kick down your door without a warrant, you are "not-guilty", even if they find something incriminating.
All these very public lies accusing Garcia of murder, pedophilia, etc...... they are going to be used in trial to show the bias and hatred of the DOJ towards him, and I doubt a jury will ever convict.
Assuming these "trumped up" charges don't result in a dismissal by a judge before it even GETS to trial.
