last may a unamimous SCOTUS ruled in favor of teh NRA when they sued in NY when a state official threatened insurance companies unless they helped his anti gun group campaign
in the opinion justice sotomayer said “A vernment official cannot … use the power of the State to punish or suppress disfavored expression.”
its being cited by multiple judges to block tacos orders...
finally the NRA is serving a purpose....
