Again, a lot of the footage I’ve been seeing shows no ICE or FBI credentials.

Career law enforcement, albeit sometimes flawed, usually (not always)
handle these things in a much more orderly manner.

Are any news outlets local or national or even informal that are reporting on the identity and provenance of these people? There has to be a way they are signing up.

Nothing about that setup looks official or even like proper current law enforcement. Looked to me much more like a random civilian, citizenship unknown, who agressively brandished a gun public while threatening the public, and I do believe Tennessee has fairly strong stand your ground laws for such situations.
