Major military and ??? agents massed in Chinatown

There are about 50 uniformed troops and many vehicles in a parking lot. Many unmarked.
When confronted by civilians the troops took the street and pushed them back.

LAPD is silent.

What's the target of all this?
They have next gen Humvees in the street.

Half the group took off on the fwy to who knows where.
