(596 posts)Let's see the evidence. And is it a crime to give rides? Asking for a Ride-Share Driver Friend. A definite fit-up. He deserves the best Defense available. This needs to be sorted properly with no interference from the sky-box Deplorables. This case may lead to precedent, as the background for most of these incidents reflects an activist Executive Branch operating in the hinterlands of Law, out where the buses don't run because there are no guardrails. They're making their own Law and jumping right in before Justice can give a definitive opinion without a lengthy deep-dive.
