But he is entitled to a trial he can and will contest the charges.

.... it isn't made up crap. They have about six "Coconspirators" who seem to have ratted him out.

But that's OK. He gets his day in court, and, whatever the result, due process and the rule of law stand.

So he’ll still be in the Fed system. He gets a day in court.

Sounds to me that this was a side gig. Probably pays well. He put in the work and time. It is illegal.
Not an excuse.

but it will be a Federal prison here, and his family will be able to know where he is and whether he is alive or not, and may even be able to visit. Big difference from CECOT.

With all the power of the presidency and department of Justice, they're going to crucify Mr. Garcia.

These are evil, wicked people.

With all the notoriety that Bondi and other Taco minions have created, a good argument can be made that Garcia cannot receive a fair trial.

I am also skeptical about the indictment itself. I wouldn't believe Bondi if she said grass is green.

There is also a reason that a career Deputy US Attorney resigned when the indictment came down.

Judges and juries don't like criminal cases that smell like rancid tuna.
