If arrest warrants are handed out by the judge in the case of wrongly deported Garcia, then they will carry out the warrant orders, not the DoJ. There is a good chance that they will need to face arresting members of the DoJ and the current Executive.

(1,098 posts)The AG would not be able to block it. The Marshals must comply with legal orders and can ignore illegal orders. What is legal is defined by the judge and the judicial, not the AG.

(1,098 posts)If they honor their oath then they will ignore Bondi and follow the court, especially if the order is to hold the AG in contempt. Bondi is way in over her head.
