Attorney General Holder makes a few very important points here (and all this wording here is mine, not his):
Re: treatment of immigrants that we are seeing, where the administration and Attorney Suck-up Blondie are doing their best to abrogate the right of judicial review/due process for the victims of their kidnapping and extradition… Every American citizen should be afraid, because it won’t be long before citizens’ rights are similarly eroded. The administration (prez in particular) has made no secret of wanting to similarly be able to deport “criminal” citizens, presumably including anyone deemed to dare oppose this administration.

If we don’t fight their treatment of immigrants now and they prevail in deportations without due process, it will very soon be too late to stop expansion of this travesty to citizens. What they’re doing is all about erosion of our rights. It is the path to authoritarianism and exactly what happened in Europe in the 1930s.

I use this all the time as I can read far, far faster than I can listen -- I frequently change the video speed to 1.25 speed or higher for videos that are longer than a few minutes -- and don't have the time to sit and listen to every clickbait-titled video or podcast excerpt out there.
