DOJ says it won't comply with Judge Xinis' order because the deadline she set is "impracticable."

My guess is that Abrego Garcia is either already dead or has been so badly harmed by guards and/or other inmates that the DOJ is desperate to keep this news from US and world media.

Using clumsy words like"Impracticable" doesn't make an excuse any more valid than "The canem devoured the assigned task."
