Of course they are. Why would anyone think they aren't? Has anyone listened to everything Democrats in Congress have said and have proof they haven't? Please tell us.

Start with Joel Osteen. His multigazillion dollar estate could accommodate lots of people being kicked out of hospitals and nursing homes.
