…and ride out of town, after declaring bankruptcy of course, ducking responsibility for contaminating the nation and destroying the planet.

Big Oil is swell.

or more to cap a well. Apparently one of the Dakotas put it in their frakcing leases and oil wells that the companies had to cap their own wells and it has worked.
