Thomas, Alito, Kavanaugh are driven by hatred and revenge.

I think they could discuss it and change their minds. Not sure they could revisit the 14th Article 3 issue, but they might be able to. They made up so much stuff. Didn't they already have a fictitious plaintiff?

They are rat weasels unto themselves. They created this monster. They are going to live in infamy.
