Don't take this the wrong way

My Investment accounts are tanking just like everybody else's, and I'm much closer to retirement than most, with little time to recover from this insanity

However part of me is taking great joy watching the markets dive. Schadenfreude you might say. For this whole mess is showing the world, including his MAGA bae just what an idiot Trump is, how stupid his policies are, how morally and intellectually bankrupt this entire administration is.

This joy, these thoughts are what is sustaining me at this time. Hope that helps all of you to cope as well. Grim humor, but humor nonetheless.

Yesterday the Preacher of the House Mike Johnson said: “You have to trust Trump’s instincts on the economy.”

Couple of months ago, I thought I had lost my faith in my fellow Americans. But it is now being restored by my faith in my fellow humans.

that "paved the way for Trump" will stop because it makes them sound even more stupid than it did before. "Status quo" and the Democratic establishment elite was the problem, eh? Republicans just nice innocent bystanders, right?

Trump voters in red states to pull their heads out of their asses. And until then the courts are the only saving grace.

But I think in 6 months we will be in a stronger position with more pukes in congress willing to vote for some level of common sense.
