Maybe he should be doing more than writing his memoirs while his country is being shredded by a tyrant and the MAGA cult he controls. Of course, I could be wrong.

He could speak out, but the voters turned against him and wouldn't listen, despite Trump's falling approval. The public's opinion of Biden will reverse, but that's somewhere in the future.

If I remember where I read the article I'll find it and post. It happened around the time that he and Jill attended Othello, a week or two ago. He is going into Washington every day on the train. I believe he is doing what he can, and making some kind of a speech would not be a good use of his strengths or affirming to the next generation.
