Another. Marc Elias Win In Pennsylvania :

🚨BREAKING: Pennsylvania Supreme Court DENIES Republican Party application to consider case to prohibit county boards from implementing notice-and-cure procedures for mail-in ballots.

A big loss for the RNC and its war on mail-in voting.

3. Great news cuz the way the GOP intends to 'win' is by only counting the votes they want to count.

I expect to have my ballot pulled and need to be 'cured' as I am old and arthritic in the extreme. My signature never looks the same twice and doesn't look anything like it did when I registered to vote. I predict a lot of us Olds will have that issur come up. Especially if we live in counties dominated by GOP office holders.

If the U.S. ever decides to create a federal department dedicated to persuing justice doing investigations and such, we should consider hiring Marc Elias for the job of being a generalized lawyer in charge of it.

6. Might be the thing that changes the game. We'll never know. They don't report cure rates. Bravo.

He deserves a prominent statue if this country ever constructs a Democracy Square in D.C.
