The steel was not made in Russia. A Russian owns the Canadian company. Keystone was a project most Democrats opposed anyway and it did not happen so no steel was used for it. The same Russian owns steel companies in the U.S. Why was this information not posted in the OP?

This is part of the deal. Russian steel Mills were supposed to be built along with this Russian backed Braidy Industries. The ground was broke 2018 but 2015 or 2014 the deal was discussed before ground was broke.
