...believe the states involved filed it in a state court, judge ruled they have no standing to rule over it and kicked it over to federal where a judge there put a stop to it to be reviewed. Think the states involved purposely did that to delay this as long as possible. They don't want this approved prior to the election.

Afterwards, they may not give a damn. But they don't want Gen X and younger to be swayed to vote D. Ironically, delaying and fighting it may actually backfire. Very short sighted thinking on their part.
