I've been wondering, given a dock workers' strike didn't work as an October surprise

is that what has the Republicans making up lies about FEMA not having the cash for hurricane recovery because most its funds have been used for "illegal immigrants"?

They've been repeating it constantly and I fear it's not just their base that's buying into it.
